As for wire drawing dies in finishing process of metal wire production, carbide dies have been main current. Recently the diamond dies attract manufacturers’ attention because of their long lifetime. Diamond glass cutter is used for tools in cutting machines for LCD panels. Besides LCD panels this cutter can be applied to ceramics cutting machines.

Material of pins in coiling machines is usually carbide or super-hard metal. We have succeeded in developing diamond coiling pins. These pins have many additional features besides long lifetime. Many coiling manufacturers have begun to use our coiling pins.

I had been attracted to diamond as very hard material not as glittering jewel. I had produced diamond tools half in doubt, and I had find that its lifetime was 100 times longer than other carbide tools. That fact was very impressive episode, so I was falling in love with diamond.

We will make an effort for research and development of new products utilizing the hardest material, diamond, and also put in a lot of work in our conventional products. So we would like to keep spreading this diamond superiority widely.
