General description

In making spring process, spring shape shall be made by pushing wire rod to coiling pin. And performance of coiling is determined mainly by coiling pins.Material of pins in coiling machines is usually carbide or super-hard metal. We have succeeded in developing diamond coiling pins.

Carbide or super hard-metal dies are typically used for coiling pins. Our coiling pins utilize PCD (poly-crystal diamond) characteristics to a maximum extent.These pins have some additional features besides long lifetime. One additional feature is generation free of the tool-mark (seam in the form of a line), so you can attain high accuracy in spring manufacturing process. The other additional feature is to obtain long spring form, so spring production line can be stable and highly reliable. Furthermore, in the stainless steel coiling process by conventional pins, you need to supply lubricating liquid, so the variation of its concentration and poultice level can occur coiling performance problems.
